Patch update 27 for Windows ES7.1 R2 (setup_es7.1_release2_win32).
- Fixed a problem where the system identifer host_ip did not always return the IP of the default network connection.
- Added the system numeric identifier error_beep to suppress the behavior where a beep was issued when an error occurred and the errlog window was not visible.
