Patch update 19 for Windows ES7.1 R2 (setup_es7.1_release2_win32).
- Fixed a problem whereby trailing spaces were not taken into account when painting glabel entities.
- Add the -can (cancel) option to the unsursor command.
- Fix incorrect parameter passing when executing member functions of customised system objects (error introduced in 7.01.30).
