Patch update 4 for Windows ES7 (setup_es7_release1_win32).
This includes patch updates 1,2 and 3.

• Fixed a memory leak when rendering dash patterns.
• Fixed a missing error message issued on bad symbology assignments.
• Fixed a parsing error when assigning a numeric value to a point identifier.
• Fixed a bug in the lineclip command which sometimes returned vectors which should have been clipped out.
