Includes Patches 1 through 10.

• Fixed OLE registration errors.
• Fixed a problem whereby { was processed twice during command echoing and stepping at the start of vector definition command blocks.
• Fixed a problem during stepping where the wrong user rights were assumed when excuting a command.
• Added checks to the polyclip and polymerge commands restricting the edge tolerance to permitted limits.
