Patch update 9 for Windows ES7 R2 (setup_es7_release2_win32).
Includes Patches 1 through 8.

• Fixed the incorrect rendering of a file-resident polyline with breaks, when the instance containing the polyline had a linestyle modification.
• Fixed the incorrect message issued when attempting to read an entity file with a wrong version number.
• Fixed the incorrect linestyle sometimes applied to an implicit “return to start” edge during a polygon/prism definition.
• Fixed a problem whereby access to file-resident instance sub-entities sometimes caused a crash.
