Whether atable is currently deletable. An atable is only deletable when it is not in use by other identifiers in the session. For example the atable may contain a structure definition, and if another atable contains an object of this type then the atable is deemed to be "in use" and therefore not deletable.
If the atable is deletable, the value of this attribute is 1 otherwise it is 0. Its value cannot be changed directly.
