Command: enlarge

Syntax

enlarge <factor> {, <elist> ... }

Description

Scale graphic entities.

Parameters

• <factor>
  A numeric expression yielding a positive scaling factor.

• <elist>
  A group/entity list defining which entities are to be scaled. If omitted, the current contents of the these group are scaled.

Switches

• -ef=<filter>
  A filter to be applied to all entities within <elist>, further qualifying which entities are to be scaled. If omitted, the filter current_filter is used.

• -p=<point>
  A point to be used as a pivot for scaling. If omitted, the modeling origin is used.

Notes

If local axes are in effect in the current graphic window, all operations are performed relative to these axes.

Sub-entities of compounds may be manipulated in isolation from their parent entities.

Examples

Scale all entities in the these group by 10.

enlarge 10

Scale two entities by 0.5.

enlarge 0.5, fred, my.face
