Element: glabel.frame_outline

Whether or not the outline of the frame is to be drawn. When the fame of the glabel is filled, it is sometimes a requirement to suppress the drawing of the frame outline. When this element has a value of 0, the drawing of the outline is suppressed.
By default, new glabels have this element set to 1.
In previous versions this element was named glabel.outline but has been deprecated to avoid confusion with the textstyle.outline attribute.
