Whether or not the glabel text is underlined. A value of 1 indicates that it is, 0 indicates that it is not.
The underlining is drawn below the text a distance from the baseline of one-third of the inter-line gap (retrieved from glabel.ts).
Changing this value will redraw the glabel primitive.
