Description

A boolean value indicating whether the value of window.rank is static (0) or dynamic (1).

When a window's rank is static, its value can only be changed by language assignment.

When a window's rank is dynamic, it gets changed on every change of view and its value reflects the current meter-scale of the window (window.mpp). Dynamic ranking permits different generalized forms of entity graphics to be displayed at different scales.

The value of a window's rank is integral, so will be the window's meter-scale truncated to the nearest integer, except for meter-scales less than 1 which will be rounded up to 1.
