Description

The viewing focus position for graphic_window. This is equivalent to a 3-D position in the middle of graphic_window. Its distance from the eye for perspective views is user-definable, but for orthographic views is the midpoint of the window’s orthogonal box. Its value cannot be changed by a simple assignment, but is redefined as a consequence of a change of view caused by one of the following commands:

• persp

• ortho

• north

• south

• east

• west

• plan

• under

• iso

Its value for new graphic windows depends on the startup view for the window, determined by the system numeric def_view.
