Element: graphic_window.scalebar_layer
Element: graphic_window.scalebar_layerlayer
The layer containing any auto-scalebar information for the graphic window. This layer can be any element of the window.layers[] array after the first, but when first created is typically the layer after all vector layers.
This layer is created automatically on execution of the scalebar -on command.
If the auto-scalebar feature is not enabled for the window, the value of this element is null.
