An angle range for glabel text display within graphic_window. All glabel text angles are adjusted at display time. If a text angle is not within this angle range, the text is rotated by 180 degrees. This ensures that all glabel text is readable from a particular viewpoint.
The angle range is measured counterclockwise and the measure of the values (degrees, radians) is governed by the value of the system string angle_mode.
For new graphic windows, the range is 0,360 degrees with the result that no glabel angles are adjusted.
Setting the range to -95,95 would ensure that all text is viewable from the bottom right hand corner of the window. glabels with an angle outside this range will be rotated by 180 degrees.
