Element: graphic_window.tol_base
Element: graphic_window.tol_basepoint
The tolerance base point for interactive point selection in graphic_window. This is a companion to the graphic_window.tols element.
When interactively selected, points are rounded by their tolerance factors, this rounding is done relative to the base point.
New graphic windows have a base point of (0,0,0) which is usually sufficient for most applications. Only when complex local axis computations are required does the base point come into use.
