Whether or not to protect graphic primitives on the layer from being obscured by autotext annotation.
There is an autotext annotation facility available whereby graphic primitives can be labelled with text. This is typically invoked by specifying groups to be annotated on the window.annotation_layer layer. Autotext annotation uses a clash matrix to avoid text obscuring other text. Graphic primitives can also be added to this clash matrix to avoid text obscuring entity graphics.
When this element has a non-zero value, then graphic primitives are protected from being obscured by auto-annotation. This does not apply to polyline or polygon primitives (lines, arcs, circles, polygons, prisms), but only to text, image and node primitives.
This element has a default value of 0, meaning "do not protect".
