Description

Whether or not the layer is currently visible.

This is a read-only element and may have a 0 value (meaning invisible) for one of the following reasons:

the layer is currently suppressed, see layer.suppressed,

the current window scale is outside the display thresholds for the layer, see layer.thresholds,

The value of this element may not be changed but will change when one of the above states change.
