Whether on-screen menus will be active or ignored during the current command frame (macro or function). If the value is 0, user presses of on-screen menus and buttons are ignored for the duration of the command frame. If the value is 1, on-screen menus and buttons are active and are executed in-line when pressed.
At the start of every macro or function menus_enabled is set to 0 and its value lasts until the end of the command frame, unless reset by user assignment. For polling and other command frames this identifier has no use since, in such situations, on-screen menus and buttons are automatically active.
