Description

The "protect" status of the panel within its window or menupane. When this has a non-zero value the panel is protected against interactive changes by the user and the panel "value" can then only be changed programmatically.

This element is set at sub-panel creation time and is then read-only. It applies to all panel types but can only be true for panels of the following types:

• dial

• slider

• text
