Element: panel.rect[4]numeric
The geometry of the panel within its parent window. This is the x and y coordinate positions of the panel's top-left and bottom-right corners. The coordinates are relative to the top-left corner of the parent panel window, and are not in full screen coordinates.
Changing this element will reposition and/or resize the panel within the panel window, but may have undefined results if the new values are preposterous.
Panels within menupanes or table windows cannot have their positions changed.
