Whether the projection is a specifically Southern Hemisphere projection. This attribute is applicable only to the following projections:

• Integrated Survey Grid (mnemonic isg).

• Lambert Equal Area Conic (mnemonic leqarea).

• Universal Polar Stereographic (mnemonic up_stereo).

• Universal Transverse Mercator (mnemonic utm).

Changing its value will change projection behavior.
