Whether the Control-P keyboard facility is enabled (available on Microsoft Windows systems only).
When sys_control_p is set to 1, pressing of the Control-P keyboad sequence invokes a print for the current window, equivalent to issuing the print command.
When it is set to 0, the Control-P keyboard sequence is ignored.
At system start-up sys_control_p has a value of 1.
