How the offset adjustment distances (textstyle.x_adjust and textstyle.y_adjust) are measured.
If this value is 0 (the default when undefined), than the offset adjustments are multiplied by the text character height to produce the distance.
If this value is 1, than the offset adjustments are considered absolute using the current size units of the textstyle (textstyle.size_units).
