The granularity of time. Possible values are second, minute, hour, day, month, year.
The identifier value is rounded to this granularity whenever it changes. Values outside the epoch (pre 1970 or post 2037) have second, minute and hour values of 0 irrespective of granularity.
The granularity for new identifiers is second.
The granularity of ident.time (the modification time of an identifier) cannot be changed.
