• Fixed a problem where entities on the overlay plane of a graphic window were not shown during dynamic pans and zooms.
• Tweaked the save-under display mechanism to avoid flickering during entity modifications on the overlay plane of a graphic window.
• Added the -nam and -val switches to the httpget command to facilitate url parameter passing.
• Added the -nam and -val switches to the httppost command to facilitate the passing of form values in the body. This forces the post data to be of content-type application/x-www-form-urlencoded
