Patch update 12 for Windows ES7.1 R2 (setup_es7.1_release2_win32).
- Fixed a geometry error in the ebuffer command which sometimes caused a crash. The error was due to slack parameter checking in the acos mathematical function.
- Enabled multiple tooltips in radio box panels.
- Enabled text and image options in pulldown menus.
