Patch update 8 for Windows ES7.1 R2 (setup_es7.1_release2_win32).

• Fixed a problem whereby the first fillstyle stored in an atable file was sometimes retrieved corrupt.
• Fixed the inability to access ecw files > 4 gig in size.
• Fixed a problem of an incorrect polynode origin when retrieved from a translator or database interface.
• Fixed a problem whereby disjoint polylines were sometimes exported incorrecly via eim.
• Fixed a parsing error involving point expressions with & phrases.
