Patch update 2 for Windows ES7 (setup_es7_release1_win32).
This includes patch update 1.

• Fixed the window.z_order functionality, which was missing from this release.
• Fixed the inability of an indirect identifier to point to an identifier type.
• Fixed some graphic input issues in the pcur function when using the full crosshairs. If graphics were drawn druing tracking the rendering was incorrect and sometimes resulted in snail trail detritus.
• Added a tzdiff numeric function which returns the difference between local time and UTC.
• Renamed the .xmltag attribute to xml_tag (xmltag is now an alias and will still work as before).
