Patch update 12 for Windows ES7 R2 (setup_es7_release2_win32).
Includes Patches 1 through 11.

• Fixed a problem whereby extending the length of an array by adding with the =: operator sometimes did not work when the array was of zero length and an array[*] =: value assignment was used.
• Fixed a problem whereby the first fillstyle stored in an atable file was sometimes retrieved corrupt.
• Fixed the inability to access ecw files > 4 gig in size.
• Fixed a problem of an incorrect polynode origin when retrieved from a translator or database interface.
