Identifier: pixel_mmnumeric
The screen pixel to millimeters ratio for the display. This value is used by the wscale command. For example, if 640 screen pixels measured with a ruler is actually 200 actual millimeters, the value of pixel_mm should be set to 3.2.
The value at system startup is unreliable so should be set for wscale to work correctly.
